Welcome to the new ActorAgeCheck Blog! While the initial intention of this blog is to offer insight into the changes and development cycle of the blog; the plan is to eventually offer movie, TV show, and actor news.

We receive a lot of great suggestions and feedback through our contact system. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to reply to every single suggestion, which makes it hard to determine when your suggestion has been added to the site. The hope is that this blog will shed some light on the development cycle and offer insights into the backend with details on how everything works.

This year, we’ve undergone one of the largest re-writes and overhauls that the site has seen since 2013. While quite a few new features were launched during the overhaul, the primary goal was just to alter the backend of the site to make it easier to launch new features quicker and expand the site. This was the perfect time to add the blog, since we’ve now entered phase 2 (the phase where we intend to progressively add new features over time).

We’ll try to keep the blog posts concise, while still making sure they’re adequately detailed for users that are interested in the inner-workings. We have a lot more exciting things in the pipeline, so stay tuned!
